terms of service
- if i get no reply within 24hrs i will have to cancel your order and i will give you a refund from what i receive and i will not compensate for tax.
- payment must be made upfront.
- do not rush me, i will give you an upfront delivery estimate of your gfx. (normally 48hrs-72hrs upon placing your order) the commissions are prioritised in the order in which i receive them.
- all payment occurs through my roblox group and you are in charge of accounting for tax.
- prices are not negotiable. i will stick to the same prices for every customer.
- as soon as i have started your gfx, i will not alter the commission at all. all the information on your desired gfx should be told to me prior to starting your commission.
- negative speech/behaviour will result in being kicked from the commission queue and your deposit will not be refunded and you will be provided with the work i have done thus far.
- clients are not allowed to alter/change (e.g. trace, copy etc.) any of my gfx's. redistribution or usage of my original files that are altered is prohibited and considered theft.
- if you decide to cancel a commission after i have begun, the deposit will not be refundable.
- however, if you choose to cancel your order before i have started, you will be refunded but i will not compensate for tax.
- i use discord as my main form of communication with my customers.
- clients are required to credit me for my work regardless of where/how it is used. acceptable crediting would consist of my tiktok username "clairexoxo on tiktok" in the description of whatever website under "contributors". (i will also put my watermark somewhere on the gfx, it won't be noticeable and this is for theft/copying reasons only)
